pocket money fishing boat

From what I've seen on the youtube vids, they seem a bit noisy to me, but look like they'd be entertaining. But to me, they're also *costly for what they are. i dont' see how a kayak would make a good fishing craft, but that's jsut me. How about a motorized canoe? I see lots of guys fishing from kayaks in the river and they usually do OK on the little jacks and grunts but it is fun watching them try to pull a bull red out of the mangroves. It can be like those whale boats in Moby Dick until they break off. You surly don't want a higher pound test than you can hold abeam without going over. Get out in a little deeper water, hook up a black tip and you might be the bait. i don't think I'd like that very well. eh... |
