There has got to be 60 holes in the cockpit of my old boat where gear was
moved around (mostly filled but poorly) and where I've removed small
fittings like jam cleats and strap eyes. I'm redoing the non skid so I think
my patches will hide better.

It's 48 here, headed to 66. We're going to brunch with some friends,
then we're all going to the rifle club to burn some powder. I'm
headed down to the shop to weld up a target holder to take with us.

Where are you guys at? What does it cost for 30-50 acres with a house,
out in the sticks in your area?? Really, I am gonna' do this

You probably could afford a deserted former pig farm.
