Default Looking for a CC in the 20-25ft range

Hello all.
This is my 1st post and my reason for jumping right in with a thread of my own vice posting on an old one is that I could not find a thread that deals with my issue. I would like to find a 20-25ft Chris-Craft mahogany hull in either good or nearly good condition. Am not looking for perfection but don't want to get into a lot of restoration either. I have a copy of "Chris-Craft The Essential Guide" and in looking at production numbers my take would be that the more hulls of a particular model built the easier time I'd have finding one. However, experience dictates that I could be wrong and a high production number indicated a boat less likely to be cherished and maintained properly. Who knows ? Hopefully some of you folks. I'd appreciate some suggestions. I've been to Mitch Lapoints site and Lady Ben but am in no particular hurry so the more information I get the better my chances of making a choice that won't come back to bite me in the transom.

Thank you
Brian
