Bull****. Young teachers are well aware before they get into the
profession that time on the job results in scale increase. The same is
true for firemen, policemen, most civil servants and many workers in the
private sector.

Agreed but the question is, how do you improve parents who are not
there or do not care?
DC school system improved without replacing the parents.

That's because your comments *were* racist. One can only imagine the
comments you made, sotto voce, about all the people of color at Disney
World, including, heaven forbid, *mixed* couples, including, incredibly
(for someone like you), white women with men of color.
