When are you going to learn, it is called IP address for Internet Protocol, it is the equivalent of someone's telephone number except for the Internet. There is no such thing as ISP number. There are ISP's and then there are numbers, but there is no such thing as "ISP number". I told you this before, this time write it down so you don't forget. |

My ISP can handle billions of IP addresses, it is not a commercial ISP though, it is one I set up in my basement to handle my secure correspondence with numerous Members of Congress. |

When you look at the headers, you SHOULD see a NNTP Posting Host Number. ALL of the spoofers hide it, and dont tell me you cant . IDs CAN be masked, which is what the idiots do in a vain attempt to " hide " their IDs. |
