Looks like three footers out there, which does not make for pleasant striper trolling in a deep vee boat. We're going to head south over Christmas break. We're going out tomorrow, supposed to be in the high 60's. We've got boat heat, but I really prefer being outside on the boat. If it isn't too windy, it'll be a nice day. South in the winter is always a great idea. Windy yet warm here today. About 75. Beautiful temps but ...windy. No boating going on because the lakes and rivers are getting way low. WE...NEED...RAIN...!!! What's the source of your drinking water out there? Hopefully not those lakes and rivers. Well, it all ends up the same I suppose, but our municipal water supply comes from deep wells. No problem with that. My parents old place is via well, but it's suffering too because the ground water table is getting pretty low. How deep are those deep wells? |
