to
return home & sleep on it.

Come on Don. If anyone really thought about it, nobody would buy a
boat ;-)

You just get caught up in the moment and come home with one.
That is why they have boat shows.

I guess.
I've been on the very edge of buying a couple of boats this summer....
one, a small Boston Whaler, and the other a 17' daysailer.

I'll give you a very good deal on a gently used Parker and the surrey top is
already installed.

Hey, my little buddy's boat is cute as a button with that surrey top.
And it goes well with the chick car RAV4.

OK but define "in any way that favors the woman he slandered".
They may get some half assed apology and if you agree that makes them
even the $10 is yours. (or I will make a $10 contribution to the DNC
if that would be better for you) ;-)

If it is an apology and no bucks are exchanged, it has to be an apology
in which Breitbart admits he was guilty of more than just presenting an
"edited" tape that came over his transom.

OK that is a bet. I doubt he would ever admit to more than that.
In real life I expect nothing out of Breitbart but contempt for
questioning his opinion. Same for "Bill O" and the rest of the Fox
folks.

What would be interesting would be for you to hold MSNBC, and the Obama
administration to those same standards.. Bill O apologized and put the
record straight the very next time he was on the air... Prime time,
first topic of the show...

If it does go to court I will give you double or nothing she loses.

Whatever. You're just wishing it would go away. I think that's the real
story. That's a pretty sad commentary on how you view the world I think.

I think the whole thing was overblown, mostly by the gang who can't
shoot straight on Pennsylvania Avenue. Why would anyone in the
administration fire someone over an unverified story on FOX???
This was a racist post on a blog that should have never got past the
racists who read it. The scandal is not the blog, it is the fact that
anyone took it seriously without doing the most minimal investigation.
I can understand the people at Fox, they are biased to say the least
and they are known to go on air with a half truth, (to the point that
you all call it FAUX news) but how did this get as far as it did on
the other news outlets and particularly in the White House?
Yes I think it should go away because if you start assessing blame,
there are plenty of people who should be blamed and that goes far
beyond Breitbart.

Yeah, it's all FOX.. Damn them for actually letting both sides have a
say! Damn, what a bunch of racists there. I want to watch Olbermann with
4 Dem operatives discussing Bush and giving the "R" opinion for everyone
too;)

Olbermann is just the Anti-Fox/Limbaugh. Just as biased.
I sometimes wonder if Bill O, Olbermann, Limbaugh and Maddow don't
play golf together every Sunday and discuss what they will be talking
about next week.
It is all a roadrunner cartoon in my opinion. They take turns painting
the tunnel on the rock and watching the other one smack into it.

Well, you may be on to something... But really, every time I watch
Oberman, all he talks about all night long is Bill O... Bill doesn't
spend as much time on him but to mention him in "pinheads" once in a
while... Keith is almost smitten with Bill...

All night long is a stretch but I have never seen an Olbermann show
where Bill O was not brought up, usually on the worst person segment.

Bill-o frequently is "cited" as a worst person, but that only lasts a
minute or so.

"All night long" is a lie.

Bingo! The Tea Party is not a racist org.

How many large tea party rallies have you attended, Jackoff?
I've walked by two of them in DC and noticed plenty of signs,
tee-shirts, and what-not of the attendees with blatantly racist
artwork and phrases on them. Tea party types remind me of a time in
U.S. history when we were plagued by the "know nothings."

Many on the left (including some here) conclude that if one does not
fully endorse Obama and his agenda, one is a racist. Simple as that.

Complete BS. Please show us an example of this. You can't. You're
just
lying.

I don't have to try hard. Let me see. Let's start with the signature
favored lately by one of this newsgroup's frequent liberal posters:

"The Republican Party is racist, and so is its base, which forms the
bulk
of the tea party."

At the last GOP national convention. what percentage of the delegates
and alternates were blacks or latinos?

No clue. I suppose if I were really inclined to notice such things, I
might be a racist and your accusation might have merit. Could have been
10 percent. Could have been 60 percent.
I really didn't notice or record the stats.

Do you really pay attention to such matters? Are you a racist?

When one of the two major political parties fields candidates for
national office, I think it important to consider who that party and
its candidates represent. Oh, and it was 1.5 per cent.

From CNN:

"After seating a record number of African American delegates in 2004,
next week's Republican National Convention in Minneapolis/St. Paul
will have the lowest black representation in 40 years, according to a
convention guide that will be distributed next week to delegates at
the Republican National Convention by the Joint Center for Political
and Economic Studies (Joint Center).

"Blacks and the 2008 Republican Convention, released today by the
nonpartisan research institution that focuses on minority issues,
notes that African Americans will comprise only 1.5 percent of the
total number of GOP delegates, substantially below the record setting
6.7 percent in 2004.

"The 36 black delegates in 2008 represent a 78.4 percent decline from
the 167 black delegates at the 2004 GOP convention."

The GOP represents white Americans. I have no interest in voting for
candidates of a party that represents only white Americans.

Watch for the "change"!

Well, I must admit, sometimes he talks about something else...

like Hannity! I have seen segment after segment of "news opinion" based
on out of context quotes, or fairy stories the likes of Media Matters or
the Huffington Post, New York Lies.

The problem with them is they never let the opposition be represented,
their idea of fair and balanced is Olberman, Rangle and Stepenolpolis
(sp?) sitting around a table with James Caravelle "representing" what
they see as the "conservative" side of the debate ;)
