Default Remember this? Boating!

Well, it's time for our annual river trip from Moncks Corner, SC, to
Charleston, SC. We'll be trailering the boat down to Moncks Corner
tomorrow, putting in on Lake Moultrie, then riding the Pinopolis Locks
75 feet down to the Cooper River. From there it's about 48 miles on
the river to Charleston Harbor.

The first night we eat light, then on Saturday we have fun exploring
the harbor, going up one of the other rivers, or out to Kiawah Island
to anchor and hang out on the beach. Saturday night is the big night
out at one of Charleston's world class restaurants, then Sunday we get
up, have breakfast, and head back up the river.

We've got 6 aboard our boat, plus at least two other boats are going
this year in our group. Got a whole room reserved at the restaurant
Saturday night. Should be a blast! You guys have a good boating
weekend if you can!

Just a cap featuring the battle flag. I'm surprised the folks on
Kiawa would let 'em step foot on the beach. They seem to have
reasonably good taste on Kiawa.
