Makes one wonder, just for a moment, which rat turd it is. It easy, Krause... Someone who doesn't believe your lies and someone you have attacked with your adolescent bull****. While there are a number of meanings for the term "dilapidation," my understanding from what Tim posted was that it was natural deterioration, rather than from an injury inflicted by someone else.
