When you engage in any form of torture, you are sliding down the ramp
into the cess pool where your enemies who torture reside. You cannot
claim moral authority if you behave like those who you claim are torturers.

Besides, we've seen report after report indicating there's no need to
torture, that the information you want can be obtained by other methods.

The problem with torture is that it's highly unreliable and it puts our
armed forces in a tough spot if someone is captured by the other side.
There's no good reason for it.
