Pretty obvious then they are anti-white racists.

As if a crew of 20 were out there, 19 were english and the 20th was
other, leader or not there is big risk in no peer communications.

And the official langage of the US is english. So makes me wonder why
INS is letting in people who can't speak english. Seen this before in
Canada, usually it is for cheap wetback labor and prostitution when they
can't speak the native language. Criminal actually.
