yeah i think so. just have to be careful about the shims...make sure i

Shims? That's one thing about the newer type of GR's is that they
don't require any shims. Somebody finally got the machining right.

Is your starter a "pad" mount? in other words does it bolt up from
under the block? or does it hav 2 or 3 bolds that fasten directly into
the bell housing?

it looks like it bolts through the bell housing. the starter solenoid
is also fried but i have a spare of that

Just means Tea Party people are not as needy and greedy, not looking for
government to steal for them. Nor do they think they or others should
pay for it involuntarily.

i can find permanent magnet starters on the net, but they're 180 b ux
