Is that what they do in your neighbourhood?
Time to think about leaving your state and go somewhere civilized.

Like where and cite please?

Being a jack ass seems to be cook these days. I was on vacation 2 weeks
ago, and had the hood of the car keyed. Seems like the cool thing for
unemployed delinquents is to dare each other to key other cars from out
of province or "race" not of their liking.

Sign of the times. Because we tollerate crime, we get more of it. In
countries that a brutal on this behavior it is much les of an issue.

Low repeat offender rate and fewer jail cells needed.

Your car is of a "race" not to the liking of whomever keyed it?

No. *But in the BC Surrey, ferries and island areas it seems the punks
may watch you leave the vehicle, and either of out of province plates or
your skin colr can make you a target. *We told the relatives in
Vancouver and they have heard the scuttlebutt on this rage.

As was expained to me there are so many unemployed delinquents they run
in packs. *Ticked off at outsiders and racial tensions they dare each
other, the victims are otherwise as random. *Also viewed as we drive up
the prices of local real estate...and we might have as that is why we
were there. *Looking at possible homes on the oceanfront to retire to.

Probably will scratch off moving to BC, the weather was good but the
island has lost its charm. One dowm, 2 more to go and all have fishing.
* But there was one place on the interior we may revisit.
