Actually Boaters paid fees for the ramps.


Didn't say they were not taxed. Just that keeping government away from
the ramps is a good idea.

The ramps at Carlyle Lake are controlled by the Army Corps of
Engineers and they have done an excellent job of building and
maintaining the ramps, so how do you keep them away from them?

I must have really blown my little joke. My point was 5 hours of efficient
launching and retrieving boats by a bunch of people who probably barely
spoke to each other and that if it were a government operation it wouldn't
have gone so well.
