So lasrt evening I was dinking around with it, and she had jsut
returned from her evening walk, and I flashed the 'landing' lights at her, and here she came. She said, "I want to get up on it." OK, so I dug out a step stool and she clomed aboard,a nd walked around on the platform and she thought it was pretty nice. I pointed to the captains chair and said 'sit down here and see what you think' she did, and thought it was really cool, so I walked up to the front of the tubes and said, now you can really see how long it was. "Man,this is HUGE!" she said with excitement, and look, under th seats theres all kinds of storage for stuff... This is going to be fun!" I felt good because this is the first craft I've bought that she seems happy about. Oh she was kind of exited when I bought the little Chris Craft, but it was too bumpy of a ride for her in a decent chop, and when I drug home the bigger 23' ft, she was taking cancer treatments and didnt' feel like going out of the house, let alone going on any boat. But she's excited about this pontoon and wants to drive it. Sounds good to me, so if all goes well as far as the weather for this weekend it's gonna hit a local lake for a "Sea trial" and see what she really thinks of it then..... .. |
