What do you expect?

Why would you do if I dictated to you what you would earn?

Funny, you wonder why the Canadian Newfoundland Premier Williams with
lots of money went to Florida for his surgical needs? It is because the
Florida doctor isn't going to work for governemnt wages in Newfoundland.
He couldn't get the operation in his own province, even though he is
in fact the top boss of the Newfoundland health care system.

You dumb**** liberals aught to think about how things really unfold and
a little less about listening to Obama lips move. The whole idea is to
get the revenue stream to statism government, one piece at a time. Then
dumb down the services.

That doctor knows that.

no one is telling doctors anything. if they want to accept medical
insurance they have to accept rules. free enterprise, remember?

funny how the right remembers the rules when it benefits the rich but
forgets 'em when they dont

To put this in proper perspective...... the entire population of the
province of Newfoundland and Labrador is about 510,000 people.
It isn't reasonable that they would have a specialist for every illness that
might crop up.
Even here in Nova Scotia with a population of under 950,000 we send people
to Toronto for things such as kidney transplants.

So how come Williams din't go to Toronto? Line up too long? Not as
good of a track record?

Don't get me wrong, give me the money and I too would go to Florida for
the best care. That isn't the point, the point is on the entire east
coast there isn't the faciltiies nor the doctors with experience, and
perhaps even in Canada as Williams didn't go to Toronto for one reason

Good question to ask for those that believe US health care is inferior
to government care in Canada. At least one Premier in Canada with a
whole health care system under him decided Florida was better.

I wouldn't even be surprised if a lot of other Canadians are waiting for

When you are going to let someone tinker with you heart, brain, eyes or

flights isn't something you worry about. I am sure he could have rented
a room in McGill, Toronto or somewhere if he thought his odds were better.

What do you expect?

Why would you do if I dictated to you what you would earn?

Funny, you wonder why the Canadian Newfoundland Premier Williams with
lots
of money went to Florida for his surgical needs? It is because the
Florida doctor isn't going to work for governemnt wages in
Newfoundland.
He couldn't get the operation in his own province, even though he is in
fact the top boss of the Newfoundland health care system.

You dumb**** liberals aught to think about how things really unfold
and a
little less about listening to Obama lips move. The whole idea is to
get
the revenue stream to statism government, one piece at a time. Then
dumb
down the services.

That doctor knows that.
--
To put this in proper perspective...... the entire population of the
province of Newfoundland and Labrador is about 510,000 people.
It isn't reasonable that they would have a specialist for every
illness that
might crop up.
Even here in Nova Scotia with a population of under 950,000 we send
people
to Toronto for things such as kidney transplants.

Why did he leave Canada at all? He could have flown to Ontario if they
had better surgeons. It would be a much shorter flight than Florida!

Good question to ask for those that believe US health care is inferior to
government care in Canada. At least one Premier in Canada with a whole
health care system under him decided Florida was better.

I wouldn't even be surprised if a lot of other Canadians are waiting for
an operation like that, but await "governemnt approval".

Don't worry, Obamacare is coming to the US. People will find out what we
are talking about.

In some ways, yet we tend to lag in, of all things, information
technology, electronic medical records, electronic medication
prescriptions, etc. Among other results of this, is American doctors and
hospitals kill more patients through surgical and medical mistakes than
their counterparts in other industrialized nations.

It's just expensive and therefore not available to all. *That* is the

Yep, most expensive by far, but disregarding that, there is considerable
discrepancy in doctor's competency. We have some extremely capable
doctors, but unless you know someone in the profession, it's a crap shoot
selecting the good ones.

To put this in proper perspective...... the entire population of the
province of Newfoundland and Labrador is about 510,000 people.
It isn't reasonable that they would have a specialist for every
illness
that
might crop up.
Even here in Nova Scotia with a population of under 950,000 we send
people
to Toronto for things such as kidney transplants.

Why did he leave Canada at all? He could have flown to Ontario if
they
had better surgeons. It would be a much shorter flight than Florida!

He went down to do some re-con work in the Pompano Beach area.

Really? I thought you were smarter than that. He went to Mount Sinai
Medical Center in Miami and recovered in a condo he had in that area.

Maybe in a few years after our health care "system" is all screwed up
we'll be opting for Canadian treatment.

Hey.....it was good enough for Sarah Palin.............

I'm betting one of her younger daughters will avail herself of Canadian
medical services once she gets pregnant.

Before you ask yourelf that, you might want to look up and see if
Obama's mother was married when he was conceived/born.

Doctor tells Obama supporters: Go elsewhere for health care
A Mount Dora doctor posted a sign telling Obama health care
supporters
to go elsewhere.

What do you expect?

Why would you do if I dictated to you what you would earn?

Funny, you wonder why the Canadian Newfoundland Premier Williams
with
lots
of money went to Florida for his surgical needs? It is because the
Florida doctor isn't going to work for governemnt wages in
Newfoundland.
He couldn't get the operation in his own province, even though
he is
in
fact the top boss of the Newfoundland health care system.

You dumb**** liberals aught to think about how things really
unfold
and
a
little less about listening to Obama lips move. The whole idea
is to
get
the revenue stream to statism government, one piece at a time.
Then
dumb
down the services.

That doctor knows that.

I don't really care. Obama doesn't run around preaching the hypocritical
set of "Republican family values," as Palin does.
How could the Obama family top Palin's allowing the boy who knocked up
her daughter move into the family house?
