How "republican" of you. Eisboch Yuck. Not working is, well, kinda boring, eh? I mean, you retired and now you're unretired. You didn't unretire yourself because you needed the bucks. I have a friend who is 77 and still one of the smartest rainmakers in institutional investing. He retired, but his employer hired him back as a consultant three days a week. My father in law is the same way...he retired, and now devotes two weekdays and Sundays to his charitable work, and three weekdays to working as a consultant in his old profession, for the railroads. He's 76. I'm pretty sure I'll never entirely retire. I think when you do, your mind begins to ossify. -- http://tinyurl.com/ykxp2ym |
