It's an issue between Snotty Scotty and the cops...he seems to have an
ongoing bad relationship with them. My guess is that his foul mouth and
bad temper cause problems for him.

He should set you up as his role model, right?


I've not been shoved on the stairs or physically abused in any other way
by the cops, nor have I had them take any money from me.
