Careful there Dennis, you're gonna need that man's vote if your hero Bush is
going to be reelected.

This is an unbelievably stupid discussion.

Scott, go back to your trailer park, marry your sister and give up

boating.

It is large heavy and ugly.
I was thinking of going into 40 foot or deeper water and heaving it over

the
side. Does anyone have a problem with this?
In a few years the metal frame would be gone and of course the wood and
cloth would rot as well. It is an old sleep sofa and IMO, too hard to

lug
back up the dock.

Paul,

There, I just made it political.

Jim,
But at least it isn't political, yet. Actually kind of humorous.

I think the marina manger would have a problem with that

Sounds like he's a dick.

The other thing I could do is dissasemble the frame out of the sofa to
lighten it

Now you're thinking.

but I still like the over board route, much less to deal with.

Very true. Is there a public pool near by?

I wonder if it would be illegal.

My guess? Yes.
But those who make environmental laws tend to be dicks too.

Gee. why not just throw it out at the launch ramp?
Make certain it's out far enough so it's still covered at low tide.
I'm sure no one would mind.

Finally someone is getting into the spirit of this.

With homeland security, U.S. Coast Guard. Maybe they are monitoring this
group for complete morons willing to dump garbage in the sea.

First it's terrorist, now it's complete morons. If this keeps up I want some of
my tax dollars back.

Where we get
our food and pleasure from.

I think have a sofa or two on the water might enhance our pleasure.

If they are. I hope you go to jail, and rot
there till you can no longer pose a menace to society, and the boating
public.

Yes, sofa killers are a true menace society. Not to mention cereal ottoman
killers.

I think next to the ramp, not in the water. Comfort station for the ramp
follies.

If I hook it accidently trolling and break a downrigger or rod....I'm gonna
have some very grave, unresolved issues with you.

IF it is really deep then no one is going to hit it. I know of parts that
are over 60 feet deep.

If you are really stupid and don't care about your fellow boaters

hitting
and
****ing up thier boat because you were an asshole...
NEED I SAY MORE?
Take it to a dump!

Yeah, we certainly wouldn't want clean water to run our boat in and fish.
