But i'm sure somebody can do 'em up right. Or net catch 'em and grind them up for farm/yard fertilizer and/or cat food. There are places that sell smoked carp. Based on their diet, I'm not interested. Do you eat Talapia? Scotty Not if I can help it. They are farm-raised and taste bland - at best. Sometimes you just get "fish" and they don't tell you what it is. Leave it to fast food Bruce, Dan, Rob and whatever else you call yourself to order "fish" without knowing the species. That's what you get when you eat at your much beloved ****houses. Fish frys often will serve cod or haddock - both are excellent but not necessarily specified. Whitefish is another generic term used for gumbo and paella. When I order fish as an entree, I'll choose grouper, dolphin, etc. You don't get out much, do you? |

If I want fish - I order fish that tastes good without overloading it with seasoning. A large filet is great blackened but you still can taste the fish. |
