No. The country can't afford to have some people playing in luxury while
others are still out of work.

I am not sure there is a difference. Well off don't buy boats, they
don't employ people to build, maintain and no need for docs or vehicles
to pull them. It cascades, and in the end all suffer.

Sort of like dumbing down the classroom to the trouble maker that learns
nothing.

market, it will be buying fuel. In that regard the blow boat folks the
right idea. That is a carbon tax avoidance play. Sail all day for
free. Other than that you will either have a fuel efficient boat or
