Well off don't buy boats, they don't employ people to build, maintain and no need for docs or vehicles to pull them. It cascades, and in the end all suffer. The problem won't be buying boats they are cheap right now on the used market, it will be buying fuel. In that regard the blow boat folks the right idea. That is a carbon tax avoidance play.
