If only you knew what you were talking about. One of the hijackers of
Flight 73, did make it to the USA. He's serving a 160 year sentence at
ADX Florence.

You tell me which is the more efficient way of handling the problem.

You fool... it's not about efficiency. It's about due process and the rule
of law, which is what separates us from those who would attack us.

Trial by jury in the USA. There are a greater percentage of those
terrorist trials resulting in conviction than those in military court.

Who said anything about a military court? Hellfire's run about $70k
each.

extra to shot real people instead of just a paper target.

I'd say a Cheney Republican, since Bush was guilty but not responsible.

Whoa, nomdeplum found nothing wrong with attacking folks on the
ground. She seemed to think they were the enemy 'cause they were
running. No trial, no nothing, just running. Just like the guy in the
article. Alleged this, alleged that. What's the difference. If you
liberals were so interested in 'human' rights and the 'rule of law',
you'd be up in arms over Obama's treatment of folks just running on
the ground - alleged terrorists.

Yes, he is. And he's a racist. He's also scared to death of women who
are smarter than he is. Herring is a real piece of work.

Do you understand that trying them in the US in public view is a
nightmare for intelligence ops?
