I've pounded the **** out of it, and havent had that kind of luck. As a matter of fact, the day my buddy and I tried to outrun that Storm, we were 3/4 throttle through huge swells. That day, I didnt really care, seeing we were being pursued by a Lightning Storm that was running about 50 mph up behind us. |

I know you see this post, remember, you don't have anybody filtered now! The boat's fine, NotnowLoogy. Breaking the arms of any kids in your 'hood these days? Post a picture of it! Sorry, NotNowLoogy, but I wasn't able to get any photos of you breaking the arms of kids in your 'hood.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - We'll talk about it when I see you this spring! Doubtful.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Nah, I won't mind talking to you about it! See you this spring! I think you are headed for arrest or a grave. Have fun.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - You have to break the law to be arrested. Going to someone's house and knocking on the door to meet someone isn't a crime. Grave? Harry's just stated he's too scared to come to the door! My buddy has been by there twice, once Harry was actually in his driveway! He said Harry looked just plain fat. This is the real Jim. Harry is unstable. I wouldn't go near his place, knowing him to have many guns. He has stated many times that he wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on anyone on his property that he "perceives" to be a threat. The guy is scared of his shadow. You have put enough fear into him just threatening to visit. Leave it at that. Mere trespassing isn't enough to get you shot around here. This isn't the south, after all. But home invasion is...and if loogy busts in, *that* is home invasion. Up here, one is allowed to use force to repel home invaders. Try to keep at least one fact straight in that ****-poor little mind of yours, flajim. Harry, why don't you open the door and kick that red-necks ass. Turn him everyday but loose. Do it, I know you are not scared of him, puck him up good time. please do this or everyone will know my best buddy is scared, and that will diminish my standings as your best buddy. |

Remember, you are *not* invited, you won't be invited, and you've been told to stay away. Thus, if you show up, you are a trespasser. I'll probably consider you a home invader, if you try to force your way in, and I think you are intending physical harm. What happens next for you will not likely be pleasant. Harry, I hate it when you look like a little girl, please don't do this in public. |

Instant Asshole or Tough Guy...just add alcohol" Apparently loogy is unfamiliar with Maryland case law, which states a "duty to retreat" does not apply if you are attacked in your own home, or where an imminent peril of attack makes retreat impossible or retreat would not remove the danger. At best, loogy would be uninvited and a trespasser. nice job of posting the law, but to be honest, I think that everyone will still think you are just scared you will get punched in the nose. My little friend, don't fret. As long as I have barricaded myself and have my trusty shotgun by my side, I will stand tall and fear no man. Otherwise you are probably right. But tell me, what should I do if I'm outside and a trespasser approaches? |
