I propose the following...
Taking the driver's license of anybody under the age of 50 who stops
in the middle of the highway in a snow storm to clean off their windshields and wiper blades. Seriously. |

I swear to you - we drove home from around Hershey to the CT border in the middle of the snow - I am amazed at some of the stuff I saw. Seriously - if you can't drive in the snow - DON'T DRIVE IN THE SNOW!! 10 mph on an Interstate in a Honda Civic is just asking for trouble. And I was serious about that moron in the middle - right smack dab in the middle of the road, stopped, no lights cleaning her windshield and wipers. |

People seem to forget, year to year, how to drive in the stuff. It doesn't take much white stuff to fill the medians with overturned cars. Glad to see you made it home alive. 10 mph on an Interstate in a Honda Civic is just asking for trouble.
