Seriously. Ever get caught in a whiteout? More than once and even driving through a mountain pass at night. I've also driven a Deuce and a Half during the height of Hurricane Camille from Kessler AFB Biloxi to Pascagola Litton Shipyard where I couldn't see much beyond the hood of the truck in driving rain and wind. Never stopped to clean my windshield and wipers in the middle of the road. Drove from Houston to Galveston one night in a rainstorm after a concert and discovered that after 70, you can see pretty decently. Steve |
