No offense John, but why do you think he checks gmail any less regularly
than here? An announcement for someone to check their private email on a
public group seems kind of... never mind...

Mike, a lot of people use different email accts for different things,
I ahve one gmail and one AOL, I only kep the AOL around for people who
like to fwd: the cutsie stories that I have litle interest in. But I
have used them both here on rec. boats. I think JohnH has a couple or
maybe three.

It's not the idea of checking a personal account, but "which" personal
acct.

I know I really didn't need to make an explaination, but I did.....
