You need to have a bs in order to become a patent agent. Biology
qualifies. There are very specific requirements. I also have a JD/MBA
also if that makes you feel better. Thus, I'm a patent attorney, not
just an agent. The pass rate for the exam is about 40%.

When I was dealing with the patent attorney for my patent, I came to the
conclusion that patent attorney has to be one of the most boring, least
mentally stimulating endeavors a JD can get involved in.
Do you really believe she has a JD?

Nope. Do not believe she sells high end clothes. May not even be a she.

A jealous ass who cannot abide a debate adversary's personal success.

Most of these dweebs can't deal with the fact that Harry does well,
I'm an employer or you have a JD and sell high end clothes.

It makes 'em crazy like a drowning swimmer. They'll use anything
within their grasp to keep their noses above the surface.

Well Bill, you're the one who seems to have a problem communicating.

You claim that I'm not a patent attorney, then show you how simple it is to
search for patents on PTO site, find something under Bill McKee, which is
the only name you've supplied, you claim it's not you, but you don't give
any other clues beyond, "I have a patent" under "some name."

You claimed that I didn't graduate from college with a hard science
discipline, which I would need to be a patent agent (attorney requires a
JD), then when I tell you I did, you then claim that that is supposedly
qualification for being a patent attorney (which it isn't, as I've said).

You claim that being a patent agent (or patent attorney) is a boring job,
and this is supposedly from your "observations" of one you supposedly dealt
with at some point about some patent.

Then, you claim that either I am Harry or I am "most likely a liar if the
order of Harry," which is barely English.

So, you're right. I'm not your type, because that would imply that I'm
brainless, which it seems to me is the only kind of woman you could possibly
stand.

Please feel free to stop communicating with me whenever you're ready!

Love ya and happy holidays!

They can't rip you from your ability to parse words and articulate
ideas clearly so they go after your bona fides by claiming you're a

The finely honed debate skills of simpletons. It's as I said, they'll
scramble for any outcropping for fear of drowning at the hands of a
perceived liberal.
