Seems to be the only common thread of the two. Er...actually, Mr. Woods isn't "black" or an African American. He considers himself an American. I think he describes himself as Cablinasian which, last time I knew, wasn't "black". Woods is 1/4 African American, 1/4 Thai, 1/4 Chinese, 1/8 Native American and 1/8 Dutch.
