Freedoms such as pirates being able to roam without confrontation. I
personally vote for putting gunnys and 50 cal. and 20 mm guns on merchant
ships, or at least a train cadre of anti-pirate personnel. And give them
plenty of lethal hardware. A LAW missle oughta do it against one of those
little pirate boats. It's simple math. One LAW, one boat, nothing left
over.

The range of a LAW isn't sufficient. It would allow the pirates to get
within RPG range of a *much* bigger target. Good ole' Ma Deuce should
do the trick.
