WASHINGTON – A loophole in the Senate health care bill would let
insurers place annual dollar limits on medical care for people
struggling with costly illnesses such as cancer, prompting a rebuke
from patient advocates.

How about that the bill hasn't been signed into law yet. How about we
petition the gov't and tell them to fix things.

Chicken little running around telling everyone how bad things are
going to be but is likely against the whole notion of improvement in
the first place.

Good idea. You go ahead and draft up the petition and I'll put my old HK
on it.

Okay, and how do you know that that loophole will still be there when
the bill is signed into law......in the future? Can you see into the
future, or just pretending you can?

The issue isn't so much that it is in the bill, but the fact that the
senate debated this to no end yesterday, and it's still in the bill!
Somebody sold out to the "big bad insurance companies"... And it wasn't
the republicans!

Come on, when so many democrats (who are not allowing any input from
across the table) are fighting so hard yesterday to keep it in, there is
enough chance it will be in that is should be noted, calm down man. Open
your eyes, it's there now, so how do you feel about it? That would be a
question for you to answer...
