Firefox not closing
Lately and often when I try to open Firefox I'll get a window saying
Firefox didn't close and can't be opened. Then I have to hit ctrl alt del to end the process. Anyone have an idea why this is happening? -- John H |

You'll need to delete this file in order really clean things up. One thing you might try, John, just as a quick process-of-elimination exercise is to rename the firefox executable to something like firefox_1.exe to determine how it behaves with the new name. If it behaves normally with the new name (closes normally), you might try running a program called Malwarebytes, if you haven't already to check for malware or rootkits.
