His choice of Roland Burris should get him convicted. |

Allan Lichtman. http://img.youtube.com/vi/F0uW3Iaku0Q/0.jpg He used to make the rounds of the talking head shows, then ran for the Senate or something in Maryland. Then a couple years ago I heard something about him getting arrested in some kind of political fracas. Couple days ago he popped up on one of the cable channels doing a talking head bit. I laughed. Really looked like a wig. Blago is the real stuff. --Vic |

Gotta take the heat off the adminstration for being not only inept, but just plain stupid. Misdirection. Really - I thought, if by "one in a million" chance it does happen and KSM is aquitted, the whole point of a trial was that the defendant goes free? Isn't that how our justice system is supposed to work? You know - like OJ? Using this outrage as precedence - what do you guys think the betting line would be on Obama declaring a "State of Emergency" before his administration is over - you know - Martial Law? For the children's sake? Both President Obama and the Holder said on TV, (Obama over seas) that these guys "would be convicted", "ultimate punishment" and several other things that makes sitting a jury almost impossible. If we go by the constitution, these guys walk, if not, another Obama promise to "showcase the American Justice system", is a joke... I think you're wrong. I think they both said these guys "would not be acquitted". There's probably a difference, but it would take a lawyer like Loogy or the Plum to figure it out. -- John H |
