Now this guy knew what he was talking about, he had BEEN a federal judge, BEEN a federal prosecutor, and BEEN a federal defense attorney. ALL of Fox and Hannity's bull**** talking points on the subject were blown completely out of the water. Even the Miranda issue. I think they both said these guys "would not be acquitted". There's probably a difference, but it would take a lawyer like Loogy or the Plum to figure it out. -- John H |
