Hard to believe that in the United States of 2009, we still have so many simple-minded religious lunatics...our own versions of Saudi Arabia and Iran, apparently. |

Call US Senator Robert Byrd, Democrat West Virginia, he can tell you where the Klan rallies are. He was once the top Klansmen in West Virginia. |

Well, I guess all things are relative, but I've never really considered West Virginia as being in the South. Seems like the Wheeling Convention showed which side of the Mason-Dixon line they'd prefer to be on.... So.... I'll throw you a bone.... David Duke would be a much better poster child for your point. Having read Gene's rants, I assume that he thinks any fundamentalist, regardless of religion, is a fool. What makes you think he thinks poorly of only Christian fundamentalists? It's really the only kind of fundamentalist we have to deal with regularly here in the US. They're all loons as far as I'm concerned. |
