Yeah, too big for a Cracker Jack Box, and I doubt if you could buy one
with Bazooka Joe comics even if you owned the gum factory..

I knew it was Enigma, and saw the documentary on how it was captured,
but i couldn't believe that it's secrets were held classified for so
many years. 50 I believe?

The machine was reverse engineered by a mathematician in Dayton, OH and ones
were constructed by a bunch of women under top secrecy in Building 31 of the
National Cash Register Co. Years later I took classes in the same building,
and did not find out about the Enigma development till years later. Great
story. So NCR did other things besides cash registers and accounting
machines in those days.

I'm trying to recall if I had actually read about it in a John Toland
history book or if it was something that was part of the material that
we covered in electronic warfare training in MI. Maybe it was both. I
remember seeing an old film on it's design and how it was used to send
communiques, and that must have been during AIT. That was all such a
long time ago, though, that it all becomes a bit of a blur.

I think that was called the Wehrmacht Enigma machine, Tim. The

In that case, I have a lot more. My hair goes down to just below my
shoulders.
Pfffttt, mine goes almost down to my ass.. ;) And you call yourself a
girl;)

Still losing air?

I'm a woman not a girl. And, I really don't want to know about your ass.

But. But. The ass is a very important feature of the human anatomy.

Not yours.

I take it then, Em, that you have not conjured up a complimentary
mental picture of him? (However, this can lead to the unfortunate
anticlimax that one experiences when one see's the face behind the
golden voice that one hears on the radio.)

Just goes to show you how superficial those idiots are. Neither one of

Dumb & dumber teaming up again. Who supplies the vasoline?

What vaseline. You need some for your chapped lips?

you.
Hey, did you get my email response.

(You know, the secret stuff....)
I haven't checked yet, but I'll do it now. My Cracker Jack Super
Duper
Decoder Ring doesn't go back that far. i wish I had one of those
old
WW2 German machines They used on their U-Boats (boating content
provided) to crack the code, though.
I think that was called the Wehrmacht Enigma machine, Tim. The
British eventually captured one. It was too big for a Cracker
Jacks
box, though. :)
