2.54 cm/inch

20 / 2.54 = 7.87401575

Temp

[°F] = [°C] × 9/5 + 32

Or

[°F] = [°C] × 1.8 + 32

You can round 2.54 to 2.5 and 9/5 to 2 and you'll be close enough for
government work.

Espiecally our government. :)
