That's exactly how Blue Cross\Blue Shield started, and some of them are still non-profit. Oh wait, what's our incentive? How do we get compensated for our time, effort and risk? I know of a non profit that was aquired, merged, what ever you want to call it. the $25 mil in non profitable assets was partially distributed amongst the high level management. I suppose the IRS cannot claim any of that money. |
