I wish I had known about their reputation before I ordered from them.
This has been the worst internet buying experience I have ever had. And
it ain't over yet.

I bought my son a camera through them via Internet. I will never ever set
foot in their shop again.

I had a camera that I needed repaired. Sent it to DIGITECH Camera Repair.
Was told it was $171 to get it fixed. They kept it two months, then said it
couldn't be fixed. I said send it back, and they did, and billed me $15 for
shipping.

I contacted Precision Camera, and they assured me they could fix it. I had
it back in less than a week. It has worked fine for a year now.

You should have asked. Ritz is the worst. Even when they were good
they were bad.

Adaroma, Amazon (believe it or not), National Camera Supply (my
favorite - Adaroma second) and 47th Street Photo.

Those are the only ones I use.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from Amazon. Never had a problem.

I get my camera stuff at a camera store. Probably pay a few dollars
more, but the help has been worth it.
