On my way to go canoeing/kayaking this past Sunday, I noticed the Apalachicola River was well over its banks. *It is fed by the Chatahoochee that flows thru Atlanta from Lake Lanier. *So, how high is the lake? Loogy sends is well wish's and wrote me this: "Hey, tell Frogwatch when your in rec.boats that Lanier is indeed full. The leaves are beginning to change and it's absolutely beautiful!" |
