The article on TV the other night about the two border stations in Montana.
One is fairly new, and the other, about twenty years old. At $15 million each, they want to doze these and put up new ones. One station gets an average of ten cars/trucks a day, and the other one two. The reporter sat right in the middle of the road to do the piece, and said that there would be little likelihood of a car coming by in the next eight hours. Shortly after the piece, Washington made an announcement that they were "looking into the matter." They looked like at least ten acre facilities with 3,000 sq ft buildings. One looked less than five years old. Ah, bring home the pork, baby. Steve |
