I suppose that is a distinction without a difference. Rwandans don't
have many electronics to be blown up and they don't play golf.

Best lightning display I ever saw was in the mid 1980's driving my RV in to
Washington DC area. Vertical lightning, horizontal lightning. Lots of both
at the same time.


We try to do displays like that when special people are coming to the
area.
