Did you know that since the time of George Washington, all presidents
have giving speeches using WRITTEN material? Some use teleprompters,
some paper. Please tell me what is the difference? Did you know that
Reagan used a teleprompter a LOT? Wait, I know the difference. It's just
another way to say something negative about a liberal.

Yeah, did you make those same excuses when Bush missed one word in a
speech and the left went nuts? Obama can't even form a sentence without
his prompter, like, uh, er, like, like, uh, uh........

No, because no one around me whined about him using his teleprompter.
Most people know the presidents use either a teleprompter or paper. It
wasn't until Obama came on the scene that suddenly it's like committing
hatchet murder to use one, even though it's commonplace.

A teleprompter is nothing more than a modernized version of a typed-out
speech, which most speakers used to use as a reference point. My guess
is the Repubs are upset about this because their boy Bush couldn't
deliver a speech in proper English even if he was using a teleprompter.
