I've figured it out
 

These idiots who don't want the President talking to their kids about
school...

They're afraid the kids are going to find out Obama is a completely
reasonable guy who makes a lot of sense. It'll totally undercut the
lies they've been telling their kids at home.

Kids, being what they are, will question the indoctrination the parents
give them on a daily basis.
