One would think, but people spend considerably for their addictions.
Think drugs. Personally, I'm more concerned with not getting kids
started. That's where the high price might be effective.

Yeah, our tobacco tax went up so far a couple months ago the price of
a package of loose went from 1.50 right up to 3 bucks, overnight...
