LOL, I've been in that very same store. Want to guess why the State of
New Hampshire put it in that location? Now, if you want to find a major
crime, check out all the smokers buying cartons of cigarettes in North
Carolina, for the ride north. Perhaps, someone should notify the FBI.

Yes, it seems that when states raise taxes on whatever, then comes the
smugglers who cross the state line and pick up the goods for resale.
Seems they never see a problem...only oppertunity. And the state with
the higher taxes imposed looses.
