Whatever you do, don't hit them with a golf club. :-)

I don't exactly feel threatened by Boltcutter the snapping turtle, but
you can bet I keep my fingers well clear.

Guy I know sharpened the edge of a wedge so that it would chop tall
grass. Took the head off a snake with it.

Fortunately for him snakes do not have rabid bands of animal lovers
looking out for them. The guy who whacked a canadian goose with a
golf club was almost sent to the slam for it.

Remember Dave Winfield killing a seagull with a baseball?

I'm one of the snake guys. I would rather see you whack the Canada
Goose, particularly if you were planning on cooking it for dinner.
Snakes are the good guys.

We need to start a rumor that Canada Geese are much better than
ginseng or rhinoceros horn for what ails you. Then perhaps the Chinese
would develop a market for them.

....orbetter yet, old used up military men. That would really help out the
US economy and reduce they payout of goldplated pension benefits.

Why? I like my goldplated (sic) pension benefits. They paid for a nice
house, nice cars, nice boat, nice motorcycle, put a couple kids
through college, built decent savings for grandkids, and left me
enough for a pull toy for the boat.

Oh, and I don't pay for *anything* medical, except a reasonable amount
for insurance.

What's wrong with that?

You sound like Hertvik - jealous of another's good fortune. You should
have kept your 'civil servant' job.

Are you now trying to confuse people by shifting identities to something

Not jealous...just a patriot trying to help another country out of its
financial mess.
BTW I didn't have a "civil servant job" to keep.
