Fortunately for him snakes do not have rabid bands of animal lovers looking out for them. The guy who whacked a canadian goose with a golf club was almost sent to the slam for it. Remember Dave Winfield killing a seagull with a baseball? |

I would rather see you whack the Canada Goose, particularly if you were planning on cooking it for dinner. Snakes are the good guys. We need to start a rumor that Canada Geese are much better than ginseng or rhinoceros horn for what ails you. Then perhaps the Chinese would develop a market for them. -- John H ....orbetter yet, old used up military men. That would really help out the US economy and reduce they payout of goldplated pension benefits. |

That would really help out the US economy and reduce they payout of goldplated pension benefits. Why? I like my goldplated (sic) pension benefits. They paid for a nice house, nice cars, nice boat, nice motorcycle, put a couple kids through college, built decent savings for grandkids, and left me enough for a pull toy for the boat. Oh, and I don't pay for *anything* medical, except a reasonable amount for insurance. What's wrong with that? You sound like Hertvik - jealous of another's good fortune. You should have kept your 'civil servant' job. -- John H "Vote for a Democrat, it's easier than working!" |
