So staying in Afghanistan is for what purpose? Do we stay there simply
so we don't 'appease' Muslims by getting out?

Supposedly to put the nail in the coffin of Al Qaeda, and make sure
they don't come back. Nation building started by the Bush crew, and
now supported by Dem and Rep alike.
They've all fallen into the "protect the women" and

Personally, I would get out and let the savages find their own path to

Thank you for pointing out the stupidity in wasting money and lives
over there.

'Supposedly'...a good choice of word.

so we don't 'appease' Muslims by getting out?
Supposedly to put the nail in the coffin of Al Qaeda, and make sure
they don't come back. Nation building started by the Bush crew, and
now supported by Dem and Rep alike.
They've all fallen into the "protect the women" and
"one-person-one-vote" bandwagon too.
Personally, I would get out and let the savages find their own path to
Allah. If they give us trouble later, nuke 'em.
But I'm not a Dem or Rep.

Thank you for pointing out the stupidity in wasting money and lives
over there.

'Supposedly'...a good choice of word.

John, can you show me where you ever stated here that when Bush was
working TWO wars over there that you ever made a comment about the
stupidity and waste of money and lives over there?

So, let me get this straight... Because *you* think the war was stupid
and a waste of money, everyone is suppose to feel the same way? That is
a socialistic way of looking at things. The few elite telling us all
what we must think and the rest of us are all just re tarted??? Is that
it?

Not everyone...just the people with working brains think Bush's war
against Iraq was stupid and a waste of money.

Since you are a moron, we'll put you on the Dick Cheney side of the aisle.

Perhaps it's to fix the mess that Bush neglected to fix?
Right-wing nut = loves Taliban
Here comes the Bush Rationale again.
What 'mess' is Obama trying to fix? That's the original question?

the mess that bush was unable to develop a strategy to build an
effective security apparatus in afghanistan.
And you believe that Obama is going to fix Afghanistan? Nobody has
ever
fixed Afghanistan.-
sure they have.
you're just too dumb to realize it.
And you call others dumb and stupid?

Where in hell did I say that I think everyone should think the same as
me? Was that when I said (because I'm liberal) that I want to kill your
elderly? If you'll re-read everything, you'll see that it was actually a
quote from someone else about Obama being in Afghanistan!!!

Congratulations!
Good to see you admit gov welfare is ok when it goes in your pocket.
Honesty is a virtue.

Whooooosh.

Sucking on the gov teat when it's offered gets the same taxpayer milk
as when you demand it.
And it's good to be honest about it.
Of course if you want to take the side that you just did it help the
economy, that works too.
That's the Obama side.
Your choice.

The Lt Colonel has been sucking on that Govt teat for over 40 years. He
doesn't want anyone else competing for a sip...especially those brown &
black people.

What the hell. You suck on the government teat, and you never got shot at
in all your career. Dumfok! And the colonel along with a bunch of brown
and black people are all retired from getting shot at, wounded, and they
were the lucky ones who got to live. I have two friends. One still has a
bullet in the leg from WW2. The other is about to die from cancer, and ever
since the Korean war, he has had ankle problems from the shrapnel sill
there. You worthless piece of Canadian government company ****head. No
wonder people hate government bureaucrats.

Luckily, my wound wasn't as bad. My best to your friends.

Donnie takes his cue from Harry. Both are about as low as one can go.

Why? Whether I could do so or not has no bearing on why we're in
Afghanistan. Just admit you can think of no good reason and be done
with it.

Maybe your boy can get the troops home by Christmas, as there's no
reason for keeping them there.
