His statement: "I hit the ground at 90 kilometres per hour and I only got a few scratches," Lee Dale of Riverview, N.B., said Tuesday as he sipped a coffee from a straw in his hospital bed. Dale has a broken left foot, five cracked ribs, a damaged shoulder and a broken right thumb." He says he only got a few scratches? Needs a brain to tell him broken bones are not scratches. Well, that's probably all he could see. If you can't see it, it ain't there, y'know. An intelligent person wouldn't have hit the bear in the first place! An intelligent person would have read for content and noticed that the bear hit the biker. Wake up & smell the moonshine, Kevin. |

All that money for gaskets wasted! New plugs, new lubes everywhere, clean air filters, and new u-joint. It's all ready for the trip to Maine, NH, Vermont, and upstate NY in September. Hey, when you get ready for that trip, let me know, I'll show you some beautiful places to visit in NY. A little later would be more colorful, but then you may get some frost on the gas tank!!!! |

You are staying pretty far east of my stomping grounds. But that is a very beautiful area where you are skirting the Catskills. I've been to Margarteville many times when we'd go camping/canoing in the area. Near there there is a fantastic farmer's market with local homemade stuff. Grand Gorge is a cool little town too! One thing you'll notice alot around these parts. Things don't change! The little town I lived in looks almost the same as it did 25 years ago. Take rain gear. In the fall it can drizzle for days, but it's beautiful. Have fun! |
