Be Afraid, be very afraid
We have found these pictures of vicious angry right wing mobs
attacking Obamacare supporters. One wonders how the Obamacare people found the courage to stand up to these desperate thugs. If the right wing continues to employ such terror tactics, Obama will have to call out the National Guard to restore order. http://thedanashow.wordpress.com/200.../meet-the-mob/ |

It's because they have no valid argument that they must shout others down. I think the civil participants should have the right to shoot anyone who disrupts civil discourse. That'd be a positive use for all the guns out there. |

Heheh...in the mid 1970's, probably 1975, I was a consultant to one of the large international construction unions and went to its big convention. About 5000 delegates. Anyway, the president was conducting the meeting according to Roberts when a small group of protesters "demanded" the floor. The president told them they'd have to proceed according to Roberts, which he said probably wouldn't work because most of the delegates would vote down any such motion, even if it were ruled in order. But he did say the protesters could have the floor for a half-hour after the upcoming lunch break. That wasn't good enough. The protesters continued to disrupt the meeting. The president asked them twice to stop. They didn't. The president nodded to the sergeant-at-arms and the protesters were removed forcibly from the hall by some of the biggest guys I have ever seen. Works for me. |

Obamanazis will not allow freedom of speech. We know it and will be prepared. The Dems started this fight, lets see who wins. The disruptive tactics of the Republi-nazis is not free speech. Why you think it is is beyond comprehension. Assholes who come to a meeting in which civil discussion between various parties wanting information and the exchange of ideas is taking place and disrupt those discussions should be tossed out on their butts, and if they persist, be arrested for disturbing the peace. The Republi-nazis aren't really protesting the discussion about health care reform, though...what they are doing is expressing their hatred for a president whose skin color is not the same as theirs. |

Good Republican protesters, protesting what? The fact that a senior is 'in his Medicare days' does not mean said senior is enrolled in Medicare. A senior chooses whether or not to enroll in Medicare based on his situation. Also, the senior, if he chooses Medicare, may also choose to have a supplemental policy to pay the copay required if Medicare is the sole provider. If the private insurance companies are squeezed out of business, who pays the 20% copay? That could get pretty expensive, unless seniors and babies are exterminated to reduce our Global Warming Footprint. -- John H All decisions, even those made by liberals, are the result of binary thinking. |

These guys are well into their Medicare days. What is it they are protesting? The government won't be taking control over their Medicare, I promise. I think part of the plan is for people to not think closely that there might be no one protesting that has no health insurance, and those who do have government controlled health care without realizing it. Good Republican protesters, protesting what? What they've been told to protest by their GOP masters, of course. These protesters come across as five cans short of a six pack. They probably learned how to misbehave from their grandkids, who have just been tossed from junior high. There are a couple of right-wing morons on rec.boats who get government pensions and health care, and of course oppose an option for the uninsured that would guarantee them the ability to get coverage. It's part of the well-known GOP mindset: "I've got mine...so foch you." Harry each and every day you prove how much of a simpleton you truly are. You reduce everything down to what Republicans want = bad, what non-Republicans want = good. This is an extremely simplistic view. There are bad Republicans and bad Democrats. At this point in history, there are more bad Republicans. They're the party of no. Any issue will do. Sotomayor, stimulus money, health care. Doesn't matter. What matters to the majority of Republicans in congress is putting road blocks in front of the President's agenda, no matter its value -- and especially if it hurts their true constituents, big business. Exactly like the treatment given Bush for eight years. |

I seriously doubt anyone in rec.boats would have the balls to take instruction from Glenn Beck but maybe I'm wrong. AT last, jps reveal the true leftie mindset. He wants to kill the protestors. This is the true leftism talking with its long tradition of mass murder. The strong message here is that if you go vote, if you try to talk to your congressman, if you speak your mind at all, be prepared for leftie violence. What do you think happened in Florida when they were doing the recount? Thugs were sent to disrupt the proceedings and scare the **** out of those doing the counting. Those are Republican tactics. I'm just learning from the experts. I say it's time for some brownshirts to kick the **** out of assholes who choose to disrupt our opportunity for civil discourse at town hall meetings. It's the same reason Nazis are denied opportunities to march. They preach and promote ideas that'd take our civic and constitutional rights away. **** 'em I say. Kick their asses. In an adjacent county in FL (Gadsden) the recount was done behind closed doors by Dem leaders and they somehow found 500 extra Dem ballots, surprise, surprise. Exactly. Cmon Turdblossom. You agree with Harry? He/she always does. He stepped in for JimH for the original Three Stooges position. |
