It starts with a promise to get the top 1%, so 99% vote for it to screw the
other guy. A few years later once estabished, they notch it to include 2%,
then 4% and in like Canada you don't have to make that much more than the
national average to hit top rate.

The new taxes need a beach head, one in it will eventually come to your
neighborhood given time and statism government greed. Politicians are
sucker punching the public.
